Deduction of premium after cancelation
I am so angry with Miway I canceled my insurance 2 months ago because their premium went up by R500 told them I won't be able to afford. Cancelation letter was sent to me. Last month tried to debit and lucky for me I didn't have funds on my account and I sent an email to them to enquire why they are still deducting after cancelation Again today 15 Jan 2024 they deducted I'm so angry because this is such an inconvenience. I want my money back. It's Jan this money is for my kids they need things for school.
