Deduct money after request for cancellation no policy schedule on changes

I requested an online cancellation of this policy that was not on your books for even 2 weeks. Reason why is that I clearly stated the sliding door has no burglar bars. One of your consultant done premium an I took it. But speaking to another she said the premium cannot be right based on the burglar bar. No schedule was provided for the new qoute an I told her if she change the qoute she must cancel it, an listen to the call an what was said.
