decreased premium for good service

I spoke to a gentleman called Irvan Magagula. He was very professional and spoke very well. He was able to help me with my query as i was calling to cancel my policy with myway. he was able to retain my policy and my business with myway. I like it when organisations see people as human in need of a service and not just a premium. organisations that put my best interest at heart. I do not usually write reviews buy Irvan reminded me of Ubuntu philosophy, in the way he spoke with respect, in the way he went out of his way to call my mom and ensure i got the best for my money. At the end of a call my premium was decreased. Thank you Mr Magagula
