Decrease in premium

Today was a very disappointing day for me.. been with miway from 2017... I didn't make any claims from them.in these 3 years.. there policy is if u don't claim every year, ur premium n excess decresses.. for 2 years I phoned and my premium and excess was decressed. . I was very happy.. rated them 5 stars everytime.. this year I phoned in January to lower my primum.. initially no consultant bothered about this so I left a negative review here so immediately I see them callin me in Feb. . I was adviced by the consultant that my premium will be reviewed on the 30th of March and I must call on the 30th.. i wrote my good review again here in feb.. i called them today, they increased my premium plus when I explained all of this to the senior advisor, she said she will consult the manager. After couple hours she phones and says we can not lower the premium.. I cancelled my policy.. good luck to them and their company. . They lost 1 loyal client .. do not hoodwink in future.
