Declined My claim

Mi way declined my car accident claim based on the fact that they suspected I was under the influence of alcohol. A police report clear eyes that there was no alcohol involved and they don't even have a medical report to back their theory. They also dismissed all my witness but only took into consideration information from the man who was chasing me on that night resulting in the accident occurring and his workmates.
