Declined claim for my way

Hello Peter<br> <br> Firstly im going to spread the word for every person who is using or intending to use MiWay insurance not to.<br> <br> i was involved in an accident in April after all the assesment was done i was advised that my car it is written off<br> second week the assesor advise me that my claim was declined due to false info and due to toxic<br> <br> how ever i gave Johan right info and i told him iwas not under the influence and the police statement does not mention anywhere i was drunk<br> i then escalated my query to dispute but looks like the lady never did follow ups and i had to go back to here for latest developments<br> <br> im taking it to Ondusmen then Court if i have to<br> im dearly disappointed and will not stop until my query is resolved<br> <br> the vehicle was taking from my position for their assesment now they want me to pay the storage at their place which i will not do, they will have to take back the car where they took it<br> <br> thanks<br> Othniel
