Declined claim and poor service

So miWay first advices me that my car is a wright-off and gives me two options that i can choose from for my car to be settled, which was to the buy back option which was going to give me (R15 504) or the for them to settle the car and pay me back the difference if the car was still owing/if not owing than pay me (R60 450). after telling them that I will go for the buy back option, they then say they need to investigate the regular driver, than they come back declining the claim because of the regular driver and tell me that they will payback my premiums from last year when i took up the insurance which one only R1440. So Miway declined my claim to save themselves money after they said they would deduct R4000 from the R60450 because i did not update the regular drivers. The accident happened in Limpopo and i am Johannesburg and I sent the cliams consultant a request for at least Miway to assist me with bringing back my car to Joburg and till today I didn't get a response. I had 2 vehicles insured with Miway and my mother also has 2 vehicles and Miway has disappointed us again...time to move on...i'm done.
