Decline of claim

We we’re worned that this company never pays especially when you are a black client! For more than 24 months they have been taking our premiums yet when we have problems they look for some reason not to pay! We lost households worth more than 70k and we we’re pay our 14 months premiums only, cus we failed to disclose that our next door neighbor is actually an office which we thought it was used for both, business and Accomodation! If this company is genuine about providing honest service why don’t they deduct the R560 difference it would have made over the 14 months we moved to this property? Why do we have to suffer this injustice? We are ****** by ********* and this company also! Someone please give warning to others about this ****gery miway is busy with.
