Deceptive promotion from Miway

Miway have a promotion where claims logged via the app qualify for R1000 excess discount with some TC's, which states pictures must be uploaded when the claim is logged. I logged a claim last month but there was no option to upload pics, they now advising I don't qualify. My claim assistant Nonnie advised me over a month ago that she was taking this up, even sent her emails. One month later my car is almost ready for collection and its still not sorted out. (note another claim I logged almost a year was the same, no option for pics but I was still automatically given the discount). Sort your app out if you want to hold clients to the T's & C's

This is not taking into account 2 weeks of delays & headaches that miway caused in my claim, 1 week where they didn't sort out towing as promise and 1 week where the panelbeaters approval got stuck in their system. And these delays would have been even longer if I didnt run after them.
