Decent MiWay Claims Service. Many avenues to claim and communicate.

Had a mv accident recently and lodged a claim via the MiWay app. Claim was easy to complete. Only struggled with loading pics. Had assessment done. They have many platforms for queries and Matthews assisted me in a courteous manner. I was kept abreast of thing. Their legal department also assists nicely. Only is is time frames. It could be quicker. Otherwise good. No long phone calls.
