deceived and my profile messed up for no valid reason

2015 June I took a bad decision to move to miway insurance for my vehicle. End of the same month they took their first premium. Unfortunate event took place 6 days later in the same year July where my car was ******, fortunately by the grace of God it was recovered but at that time I had logged a claim with miway. They insisted on collecting it for me even when I had told them that I found it and that it has to be done by then .When I eventually got my car , I was called and told by Miway that they do not want to assist me going forward as it cost them 21k to fix my car from the damages that were done by the *****s while it was ****** and this was just purely a bad service from an " insurer" , so much for insurance, as if I had planned to get my car ****** 6 days after their first premium. I was then given the option to cancel and i therefore didn't hesitate and did just that when I was called by their claims agent. I have since went back to my ex insurer without any claim for 4 years now and today while I was shopping around for another provider , I was told by another prospective insurer that they will not be able to help me as Miway had flagged my account and cancelled it as "bad claims experience". This is really upsetting and not fair and I need this issue resolved and dont worry Im not ever going to come back to you you are definitely "Noway". Insurance is meant to assist with unforeseen issues like mine but not according to you.Instead you destroy your customers profile and block opportunities for them .
