Deceit and Deception!!!

REFERENCE NUMBER: C632851<br> My car was stopped at a stop sign a woman insured by MiWay sped towards the intersection I was stopped in made a fast turn collided into my car, extensive photo documentation validates this. The insurance company is saying it was a sudden emergency that never existed, their client's initial statement says somebody cut in front of her midway the block she was driving at but her insurance company says she was avoiding somebody at the stop sign that was wholly inconsistent with her initial statement. MiWay has refused to pay the damages to my car and I am sitting with R50,000 damages.
