debiting my account after cancelling my policy

<p>Im very unhappy with the service iv recieved from Miway recently... I had car insurance with them and have had it for a some time now, early this year i traded in my old car for a new car, i advised them of this and to my surprise month end i get debited for two insurance premiums..</p> <p> </p> <p>I called and was told this would be refunded , a month later and i havnt heard anything from them. called them and held for 20 minutes trying to follow up</p> <p> </p> <p>only to be told its being processed, called again and now im being told I need a bank statement, </p> <p> </p> <p>so you take money from my account for a cancelled policey and then I have to spend all my airtime holding to get this sorted out....... Iv never claimed with Miway way before im scared to see that would be would like, iv lost faith in them and I am now going o cancel all my policys with them as I dont trust them... </p> <p>claiming from this company wll definetly be an uphill battle I would rather pay a company that I know will be will to assist me </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
