debited without telling

south Africa <br> <br> i am sick to death of my way i changed debit date to the 7th every month then the was prorata of 200 hundred and somethng then this morning the was the was return debit order of R563.56 i my account im charged R100.00 for bank charges.can someone explain to me where is is this 500 and something coming from i don't knw why im still with my way because king price they reduce premium monthly and after 3 years you get haft of you money paid
