Debited twice for a canceled policy
Why was my account debited twice, Friday and today Monday. The combo deal of R99 was removed from my policy, as per the agent I spoke to. why the hell did you debit it? I reversed it which is R5 to and a debit costs R3.50.you debited again last night without even responding to my 2 emails asking you why. Stop debiting me unnecessary and I want my bank charges R17 nxa
