debited my account for nothing

Today on the 12 th Midway decides to debit my account for nothing , I have no policy with them now I have to pay the banking charges , how can they decide to debit my acc as they wish , they debit my account with out my authority and I will see to it that the right legal action is taken , to stop companies like this from debiting people as they wish
