Debit what you want, when you want...

<p>I am now furious and tired of struggling with incompetence. After adding a new vehicle to my cover you debited a pro-rata amount to 3 days later without informing me... fine... I made the funds available and rescheduled a debit order within 2 days. This morning a debit order goes off on my account for R3194??? The pro-rata amount was R1025... where on God's green earth do you get your amounts from and also have experience the audacity not to inform a customer of debits that are going to go off???</p>
