debit orders run after i cancelled my contract

I cancelled my car insurance contract about 4 months ago. However, Miway continues to debit my account. i have called numerous times and still have not received any help with this. this is inconveniencing me as i have to go to the bank to reverse those debit orders. this is lack of integrity as i wrote to them to cancel my contract and they havent.
