Debit order troubles
I added a new car into my insurance policy since I have been with Miway for 6 years. They gave me a discount and debited money for both cars on the 15 January. To my surprise the premium for the old car was debited again meaning that I paid two premiums for the month of January. I called Miway and I was told that the premium will be credited to next month. Then next month I’ll only pay for one car. This morning they debited the balance that I’m supposed to pay in February. I am shocked because this is messing up my finances. Now I have paid insurance for two months in January. This is unacceptable
