Debit order still deducted after policy cancelled
Miway still keeps deducting debit orders even after the policy was cancelled over the phone, via e-mail and at the bank. This has been happening for the last 3 months now without any assistance from Miway. I am seriously considering reporting them to the Insurance Ombudsman as I see now other way of resolving this matter.
