Debit order runs before the contract date

My husband bought me a car in his name therefore I’m listed as a regular driver. The insurance premium runs from my account and for the past 6months they have been running debit orders on random days before the 25th. My account is being tracked and I have not missed an insurance premium for them to have a NAEDO TRACKER on my account.

The insurance debited my account on the 22nd instead of the agreed date which is the 25th. Which has caused a huge inconvenience as I am now unable to pay for my sick husbands medical bills.

I called them several times and they are only willing to return my money within 7 days.

The consultants are very rude and don’t even take accountability for this. They can’t even answer to why my account is being TRACKED
