Debit order not cancelled after policy was cancelled

I am so disappointed in Miway. When i had my first car insured with them and they were really good. Quick service.

But when i cancelled my insurance for another insurance company which offered me a better deal that's when the problem came in.

So they put me on some contract which cost R50.00 a month but then i cancelled it within the first week of November. So when i see they billed me R50.00 for something i no longer had, i immediately when on their website requesting them to call me back this morning at 7:50, 28/11/2019, to cancel the debit order and to have my money refunded. It is now past 3 pm and i still have not heard from Miway. I am very disappointed because i really did like their service prior to this incident.
