Debit order nightmare

Dear Miway.. Im a new client of yours and you are off to a very bad start I must say.

My policy debit order date for my vehicles insurance set for 31st of each month, yet for some reason you continuously debit me on the 24th without fail each month.

This is before my actual salary is paid. My policy clearly states the 31st.

Care to explain this to me please?
