Debit order going off a day before my playdate

You debited my account on the 19th and not the 20th . We always get paid on the 20 even if it is on Sunday. Way did not not debit on the 20th or 21st just like everyone does . I asked you to debit me on the 20th and you debit me a day before without my concern, you don't ask me if you can debit me on 19 and I will reply with yes or No. You send me an SMS that you did not get my money , yes what do you expect it was the 19th I once completed about this and you fixed it This time I need a letter of apology from you for what you are doing in my account.
