Debit order deduction after contract cancellation
I cancelled the car insurance I took with Miway before it even started taking the first premium. the Following day a consultant from Customer retentions called me to re-negotiate the premium and offered a lower premium, Still I refused and said I am happy with the premium I was offered by FFW. Today I woke up to find that Miway went and tried to take a debit order on my cheque account which happened to not have money and now I have an unpaid debit order fee of R147 due to this.
