Debit order date

I don't understand how many times I must request for you to debit my account on the last day on the month this is happening for the second time and I'm incurring hefty charges from my bank for missed payment, why would you debit my acoount on the 22nd when we have agreed on the last day of the month? I'm not happy. I just spoke to your agent who confirmed tha the the Debit order date is the last day of the month and I have called prior for you to fix this but still you debit my account when it pleases you, Reference for my call Keneilwe Papo - ***/10/2023 15:18, sort this out.
