Debit Order change without consent.

I am fuming right now. My debit order has been going through on the last day or latest 1st of each month since June 2023. I work according to a budget and they have now suddenly taken my debit order on 24 January which is scheduled for 1 February without any agreement whatsover. I expect to get my money back today! I am up to date with my premiums. My last premium went off on 31/12/2024. This is unacceptable!
