DEBIT ORDER

I have a policy with my way and my debit order date is the 20th of every month.This month MYWAY decided<br> to debit my account on the 19th.I think they should have informed me about the date change so i can make necessary arrangements. This unpaid effect on my account now has a bad record since I am applying for Home-loan credit application and I now have to be asked and answer why did i not leave money for my debit order.To make things worse I got charged for this Unpaid by the bank and I am again get charged by MYWAY for the debit order re-submit.Their consultant says their system can't waive the pro -rata charge,whatever that means.
