Debit Order
Miway has deducted my insurance premium before I received my salary. And this is not the first time. I have phoned more than once to let them know that they must deduct on the 1st of each month. And they said that they have corrected it on the system. Yesterday I received an sms that the premium was deducted and came back as there is no funds in the account. I only received my salary late last night and this morning they deducted again? Still not on the 1st?<br> <br> Please can we sort this out, It makes me look bad on my bank account for returned debit orders. It costs me airtime to phone Miway. And I've had enough.
