Debit from my account for the car that is a write off and the claim rejected

Miway told me my car is a write and they rejected the claim but they still debit my account every month.they are saying my driver didn't try to avoid the accident.how do you avoid accident.what is accident ?and why must we insure cars if there is a way of avoiding ?accident.i am still paying for 3 trackers because I was forced to take Netstar even if I was with tracker for the car that doesn't exist
