Dazzled once again.

I called in to the MiWay customer care yesterday as I had an issue with my premium increase and I wanted add a new vehicle to my policy, I spoke to a lady by the name of Dorcus, she was amazing, from the moment she took the call, she explained to me the reason why my premiums were increased although i still wasn't happy with it she managed to dazzle me as she was empathetic and the manner she handled my issue was so professional she reminded me once again why I chose MiWay, she went on to give me a quote on my new vehicle which I felt was too high as I've been with MiWay for some time and have never claimed, she went the extra mile to speak to her manager which they gave me discount on my policy, I am definitely insuring our car with MiWay. Keep up the great work guys, I will be talking to people about my experience with MiWay.
