****************/******** Miway does not want to Pay myclaim instate they wanna Rightoff my car damages are very small compared to the valy of my car

Cruelty of miway insurance I've been insured with them since 2016 I never had any claim my first claim was in February I paid access of 6000 and they fixed my car the total damages was around R25000

On the 8th of this month I had another accident I submitted my claim and the assessor of the insurance assessed the car damages based on digital images and I was sent a report the damages caused 19000 so now the insurance does not want to repair my car for that 19000 they want to write- off the car which doesn't make sense because my car value is about 95000

For me this is kind of brutal and robery considering the fact that we are in a lockdown and things are very bad how can the insurance want to write off the car with damages that is way less than the retail value of my car

This is some kind of a **** and I don't understand how can miway treat their loyal longtime client who never claimed like this.does they evwn car or they just happy with my instalments.

I've been paying them monthly installments since 2016 and I never had any incident but the moment I have incidents they want to Rob me this is **************** and is not acceptable I would like the Insurance management to contact me and explain to me what kind of scheme is this

I have families that are insured with this insurance and I don't think it will be good for them to continue paying these people who brutally ****** me like they are doing to me now and I don't think I will advise anyone to insure with this kind of people that Rob as in the situation that I'm in
