Once again I've been ****** by MIWAY and their partners. I made a claim in early October 2017, and the appalling service I received is unbelievable. My car was damaged further by MIWAY's service provider VIP Fleet Solutions. They did such a Bad job of it that they even scratched my car, damaged the griller and even stole my spanners in the car. Kept on returning the car to get it sorted, and everytime it came back with more issues. This went on for more than 4 months until the car broke down again a few days ago, because of the shoddy work done by VIP Fleet. Guess what! MiWAY sends the same VIP Fleet to assess their own shoddy work. I think you know their findings already, and therefore MIWAY rejects my claim. As I speak they haven't sorted out what they damaged on my car previously.
