They nice when it cones to taking info and getting you to sign up with them but put a claim in and see what happens, miway called me in and accused me of being dishonest, first Herman jonker said that my my inspection sheet was tempered with, I have the original absolutely nothing is altered, then he said his going to reject my claim and that he finds it hard to believe that I paid 80k cash for the car, so I don't know if it's maybe my skin color or is it because I'm from lenasia that I was treated this way and spoken to like ****, this takes me back to apartheid days when 2 two big sized white guys put me in a room and questioned me and spoke to me like I'm the ********, then he told me that they gonna reject my claim on that basis, my claim was rejected but no reason was given. A guy called me and told me that the claim was rejected because I didn't notify them that I advertised it and when asked then I say yes, that's not the truth, I then told him to go listen to the recording of my first call and on there I clearly say yes I advertised the car. Then ravita sent me a letter to say that my claim was rejected because I made 3 calls at the time of my hijacking so I had time to call other people but not the police so on that basis they rejecting my claim. I pulled a report and on my report it shows at 11 04 I made a call I gave the police a time of approximately 11 and the officer wrote 11 00 as the time of the incident, I was about 5 minutes off so miway says I'm dishonest, I was treated bad and this is the first claim I'm making in my life please be aware of miway as they the only dishonest ones in this whole situation.
