David Nkotsi - Retention Specialist

I have been ALL Over Miway departments since 3rd Dec 2017. Then on the 20th Dec...I was blessed to be helped by David Nkotsi. What a wonderful, calm, s****ful agent, clear explanations, soft spoken, thoughtful and someone who goes an extra mile to sort all your issues in one go. I spoke to David less than an hour and he managed to sort ALL the issues I had with my online profile, my car insurances to be cancelled and this guy managed to even inform me there is an amount that needs to be refunded to me...David managed to KEEP ME AS A MIWAY CLIENT explaining that if I cancel as a client, when I get a new car and need to pay a fee so better I keep my profile and take a cheaper personal policy.

David is a star and with all the frustrations I experienced since the 3rd Dec with MiWay , He basically restored my faith coming to Insurance company especially Miway...

I would like to recognize David's s****s as outstanding and on point. How I wish to meet him and hug him for the excellent service he provided me and I wish going forward I can always go through to him directly
