<p>I called today at MiWay for my policy to be updated and David Nkotsi gave me excellent service with no hustles. He was understanding and a good listener; thank you so much for doing your job with such patience, passion and calmness. I gave him an attitude because I was angry due to frustrations but he didn't lose his temper with me and above that gave me a great deal. We need more of such service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great job!</p>
