David managed to change my mind!

I have been with MiWay since 2009 but felt that my premium was just too much for what my car is worth. I have phoned to try adjust my premium but was told I can't be helped. After some back and forth, I decided to simply cancel my policy and move somewhere else. I phoned this morning to cancel, but couldn't get through :( Eventually got through to David Nkotsi and he managed to convince me to give him a chance to change my mind. He went the extra mile to keep my business and bring my premium down to something that I can afford. Thank you for the great service David!
