Daughter locked car with keys still inside

I herewith acknowledge the excellent service received from Ntokozo when I recently called in to request emergecy assistance for my daughter who accidentally locked her keys in the car. Ntokozo was very friendly and helpful. His tone was very positive and reassuring and he portrayed a genuine interest in wanting to see the problem resolved without delay.
