I must say that Mr Thabani Mnguni from the retention department really acted professionally and delivered high level of customer service. He listened to my query and went out of his way to assist me and retain me as a client of Mi-Way, I'm with Mi-Way 12 years now and I cant see myself moving to another insurance. Best premiums and best service by far.
