After complaining via facebook about Miway not contacting me for 4 days, Gloria Mngomezulu contacted me today. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the assistance I received from Gloria, I wouldn't have taken the policy with Miway and stayed with my current insurance provider. Gloria was patient, never got irritated with all my questions, I just hope all employees at Miway is like Gloria!!!
