Customer Service with a smile

I am so pleased with the MiWay team, they are so focused on customer service that it is a wonderful experience to deal with them. I sadly had to deal with them in December when my son was knocked off his bike - the help we received on the day was above and beyond what I would have expected from Insurance and the continuous feedback (even a call on Christmas Eve to confirm his bike was safe over the holidays) made a difficult situation so much easier. We have just bought my son a car and needed to add to the insurance, there was an issue with the system however the consultant was so professional and got it sorted and kept us updated throughout.

Well done MiWay - claiming and adding products is way easier than I have experienced on previous insurance. Keep up the great work and thank you for your service!
