My conversation with Phemelo Khunou was by far the best one I have ever had with any service consultant. Managed to save me some money on the premiums and upgraded a few things on my policy - which I was really happy about. Really good customer service... I recommended he changed his career to being a trainer, a lot of the service consultants we deal with over the phone cal really learn a lot from him.
He is truly the best at what he does, Keep up the good work brother!!!
