Customer service good and proper

I called into MiWay looking to clear up all the confusion around my policy. I am not the happiest of campers right now but I guess that is Insurance right.

I spoke to a lady called Precious in the customer service department. She helped me make sense of what is going in my policy and managed to save me a couple of bucks in the process. Nice work.
