Customer Service & going extra mile

<p>I called Miway this morning spoke to one of their consultant by the name of Mpho for my premium to be reviewed, he then told me that he will escalate my query to their premiums department hence he cant help me from his side. They indeed returned my call within 10 minutes and spoke to one of their consultant by the name of Nadine Ngwenya who was very helpful. She explained every details about why my policy is being increased. She then gave me a better offer that makes me to stay with Miway hence they did things my way.
