Customer service goes a long way

I just want to thank Lefa Motaung for the excellent service given to me this morning. He was polite and efficient throughout the call.I tend to ask many questions and he was patient enough to hear me out and best of all gave me comforting feedback. As customers we are so quick to complain, yet when we receive great service we shy away from acknowledging it. Thank you so very much- we need more consultants like you to service our calls!
