Customer service excellence

<p> </p> <p>After two horrible attempts at trying to get a good car insurance deal at miway with holding for 20minutes/no feedback and no responses I decided to give Miway one last chance to redeem themselves as i believed in their brand. Dorcus Mathibako from Miway Insurance in Midrand is truly the reason I decided to stay with Miway.</p> <p>She has excellent customer service s****s and she really went above and beyond to make sure I am a happy client.</p> <p>I really think she deserves to be recognised and rewarded for her excellent customer service and because of her i will truly recommend Miway to my family and friends.</p> <p> </p>
