Customer Service - MiWay - This is how it's done. I am very sorry, but I cannot - NOT - applaud and recommend MiWay for EXCELLENT SERVICE again. I can recommend MiWay Insurance any time any day all day.

I have to tell my story.

Monday 24 March - Peak time traffic home I needed roadside assistance. This is how it went....... 16:52 I sent a WhatsApp. Teboho Moloi was on duty. 16:53 first WA communication came through. 16:55 Teboho called to ensure I am at a safe place and if my car was out of harm's way. 16:57 I received my reference number and SMS that Bafana is on his way. 17:07 Bafana arrived - assisted and I was safe and on my way home.

Now that is why I will strongly advise using MiWay for good pricing and awesome amazing well organized customer service.

A colleague of mine is insured with KP - when she had an accident - her car war towed - she could not find where her car was taken to for 2 or 3 days. She had to keep on following up on progress and then the car was moved to another repair shop on the East Rand, and she resides in JHB. It took a further 6 weeks for repairs and phoning constantly.

Without any communication her premium was increased.

Please explain or justify how is this quality customer service?

Thank you and sorry for those who say MiWay is BAD - you must have started off with a bad attitude and got it back.

MiWay is MY WAY I will stay with as it is the WAY Customer Service SOULD BE.
