Customer service by Miway
I locked my car keys in the boot. I phoned my insurer Miway and I was assisted by Ntokozo Sibeko. Upon making the call, I didn't even have to give my details, I guess the system picked it up?? (I was so impressed by that). In less than an hour, I was rescued. Impressive service by Ntokozo, efficient and personable.
