Customer service at MiWay.

I just cancelled my car's insurance at MiWay because I got a cheaper policy elsewhere. Never had any issue with MiWay in the past only reason is economics.

Even while cancelling my policy their service was excellent. Phemelo, the senior consultant who cancelled my policy, was very professional and helpful. He was very efficient and thorough.

I was very happy with their service throughout my stay at MiWay.
