Customer service at it's best

Wow words alone are not enough. I have been with Miway for only 6 months.

To be precise I accepted.their quote on 09 of Jan and on the 12 of the same month my car was in an accident. No hassles.No stories and the claim was approved.

03 June was involved in another accident to my surprise that too was approved. To be.honest I thought they would not even entertain another claim in such a short space of time. I had sleepless nights and my stress levels were very high.

But Dimakatso Nkosi made sure I remained calm for the whole duration of the Investigation process. Which took less than a week.

She was clear on her requests of what documents/ information is required and gave regular updates. she took it upon herself to cheer me up every time we spoke ,I'm really gratefully for her service.
